Case Study 1 An 83 physician multispecialty clinic came to MCPP because of abnormally high staff and physician turnover which was very costly to the organization. Following a comprehensive assessment, MCPP made recommendations which increased staff and physician satisfaction, improved efficiency, and reduced annual staff turnover by reorganizing practice groupings, redefining staff roles and responsibilities, developing and implementing operating policies and procedures, and improving training for new and existing staff. Case Study 2 A three provider surgical specialty practice with a serious patient accounts problem sought help from MCPP to improve its collections performance.
